Key Responsibilities:
As a Digital PR Executive, you will:
- Hit PR targets consistently: Achieve monthly press coverage goals for clients, securing placements in top-tier mainstream publications.
- Craft compelling pitches: Develop engaging and relevant pitches tailored to journalists’ interests and clients’ brands.
- Daily journalist outreach: Maintain consistent communication with journalists, securing coverage opportunities.
- Collaborate with content teams: Assist in drafting press releases and newsworthy content for clients.
- Monitor news for opportunities: Stay on top of daily news trends, identifying potential opportunities for newsjacking.
- Support new business efforts: Assist with preparing for and attending new business pitches, while also identifying revenue growth opportunities within current client relationships.
- Track and report success: Regularly update the team on campaign successes, challenges, and learnings.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a strong passion for PR, with a solid understanding of the industry.
- Is target-driven and has a proven track record of meeting PR goals month on month.
- Is an excellent communicator, comfortable interacting with clients and journalists.
- Demonstrates strong writing skills and attention to detail.
- Is a self-starter, eager to learn and grow in the role.
- Has basic SEO knowledge (you won’t be managing SEO but understanding the basics helps).
- Can manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, keeping everything on track.
What We Offer:
- Location: Remote available.
- Salary: up to £29,000 per year (depending on experience)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
- Holidays: 29 days of annual leave (including bank holidays), plus your birthday off, a mental health day, and an additional week at Christmas. Annual leave can be extended based on performance.
